Automatically Collected Information
Applications may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to; the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application, including, but also not limited to, the amount of time spent within the scope of any of the Applications, the usage-count for all features provided by the Applications, navigation information within the structure of any of the Applications and error messages created by the Applications.
Applications do not collect any Personal Data
As set forth by this Policy, the term “Personal Data” refers to Automatically Collected Information than can associate the usage of Applications to a specific person by listing names, addresses, telephone numbers, banking information and other sensitive data.
All Applications governed by this Policy refrain from collecting any Personal Data from users, unless requested and approved by the user.
Applications do not collect GPS information
Applications governed by this app may collect location information. However, this information is only inferred from the data traffic that flows through the app and not by any kind of GPS technology. Therefore, location information collected by Applications are more imprecise. Location data is only used to create segmentation from all the data collected.
As Jacob Duane Johnson does not collect any Personal Data, this information will not be associated with you, even in cases where Applications may use GPS information for working as intended.
Third parties may have access to the data collected by Applications
Jacob Duane Johnson may share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Policy.
We may disclose Automatically Collected Information:

We also inform that Applications governed by this Policy currently make use of the analytics platform known as Flurry (“Service Provider”) and are subject to the Flurry Policies as well; and
- if Jacob Duane Johnson is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email (if provided to us) and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
You have control over the collection of data
You may request to opt-out of the data collection program at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by visiting the Flurry Opt-out page. You may also stop all data collection by uninstalling the Applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
We do not use the Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Any Application that collects analytics, marketed by Jacob Duane Johnson, will be prominently labeled on the Applications respective pages within this website and/or on the Applications market place or network.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Applications. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. Additionally, security measures are subject to our Service Provider.
